David Symons has dedicated all of his adult life to sharing the joys of music with children of all ages. He currently holds three degrees (a Bachelor of Music Education degree from Brewton-Parker College, as well as a Master of Music Therapy degree and a Specialist in Music Education degree from the University of Georgia), and is certified as both a Music Educator and as a Music Therapist. In addition, David is classically trained as a concert pianist, having over 14 years of experience as a performer in both concert and clinical environments. David founded earthSHINE pediatric therapy, Inc. in 2009 with the vision of providing therapeutic services to the complete spectrum of children, including children of all ages and children with exceptionalities. David Symons is also a proud partner of Kindermusik of Augusta and Babies Can’t Wait. His mission, and the mission of earthSHINE pediatric therapy, Inc., is "to illuminate and nurture each child's unique potential, enabling them to grow and SHINE!"
