Tai Chi at the Willcox

The owners and management of The Willcox hotel and Just Breathe Studio announce a sharing of their exquisite services for the enjoyment of their clientele and those interested from the general public, starting Monday, May 17.

Guests of The Willcox will have the luxury of taking Yoga, beginner’s Tai Chi and Water Aerobics classes in the hotel’s beautiful and cloistered pool area, taught by the highly accredited instructors of Just Breathe Studio. What’s more, if they choose to, hotel guests will automatically be regarded as members of Just Breathe Studio at 1501 Whiskey Road, and able to make use of their full range of classes in Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates and much more. There is no charge for hotel guests.

Aqua Aerobics classes are to be taught in the Willcox pool at 3 p.m. on Mondays. Classes of beginner’s Tai Chi will meet by the pool at 8:45 a.m. Tuesdays. Yoga classes will meet Thursday’s at 10 a.m.

For these three sessions a week, Just Breathe Studio’s members will be able to enjoy their classes outside in the Willcox’s beautiful pool area. “It is such a beautiful, serine setting with the soothing sounds of the waterfall and fountains,” says Just Breathe Studio proprietor Kay Dillon. “It is such a peaceful environment, so conducive to the spirit of Yoga and Tai Chi.”

You do not need to be a guest of The Willcox to take advantage of this great opportunity to enjoy the finest of instruction at this most serene of locations. The public may take advantage of this wonderful marriage of fine services for the cost of only $12 per session or 10 for $100.

We want people to think of The Willcox as the place where they are welcomed, entertained and appreciated.”

Mrs. Ellis continued saying, “Kay Dillon has put together the most talented staff of instructors, whom together, have created opportunities for their clients to enjoy the highest levels of the exercise arts amid an oasis of tranquility.
