Our intention is to encourage, enlighten and empower you to integrate harmony, joy and peace into your everyday life.

Our programs offer an invigorating blend of classes and extraordinary workshops to support you in living a more balanced, healthy, full-of- laughter life. We will strengthen and nurture your physical being through exercise, bodywork, and nutrition. We will nurture your spirit through personal coaching, personal development workshops, and the support of massage therapy, and other healing arts.

Just Breathe Studio is a place where you can energize and just BE YOU. A place where your 10 year old self can laugh out loud, sing, or dance just for the joy of it. This Studio is an open space where balance of the body and mind can be achieved while hearts and spirits are being uplifted. This is a place where the extraordinary is going to happen – everyday.

Just Breathe… relax, refresh and rejuvenate through Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates, Dance and other movement classes (we might need to make them up occasionally - I’m feeling a “dancing queen” class coming up), as well as through the healing touch of massage therapy.

Whichever programs you choose, this is the place to be to overcome the aggravation, stress, and tension of everyday life, while reawakening your true inner self.
